A literary analysis of return to bitter creek

When Stanley decided they wanted to increase their market penetration (by expanding the sales force with employees) and profits (by reaping wholesale and retail level profits) one district was left out of the equation….Canada. It was determined that the cost of business in Canada was prohibitive, so they would continue as always with traditional distributors. A letter sent out to the entire Canadian distributor force in August of 1997 confirmed this by saying "There are no plans to introduce Mac Direct in Canada. …. The geographical size of Canada and population would make managing the employee distributor very costly, and not feasible." If it is too expensive for the Mac Direct program to operate profitably, then how can an individual distributor do it?

Exciting and great fun. On a more somber note, we are not sure how may plants bit the dust this winter. Unfortunately the last two winters, for some reason, have taken their toll unlike other years. We will just replant and drive on(old army saying). Hope you can come by and see us. More to come... Update April 29, 2015 Yes, we know, the picture above( is blatant promotion but we just could not resist because it is true. This mug will make a great Mother's Day gift.--the new Nicholas Mosse Lavender Mug designed especially for Washington Creek Lavender. All of Mosse's mugs go through a 20 step handmade process. Their mugs, bowls and plates have been in our house for more than 20 years and we noticed that they did not have a lavender pattern. Working with them for nearly six months they developed the pattern you see here. It is truly exciting! Order soon and we will do our darnest to get it you for Mother's Day. Just go to our web store icon and give a whirl! We hope to be at both the Lawrence Farmers Market and The City Market in Kansas City Saturday May 2. We love the rain but for us, Monday through Friday would just be wonderful. We are gambling on frost(or lack of) and planting new plants. Also, we are weed whacking the entire field and putting in new trees along the road. More to come...Update April 25, 2015 We will be at The City Market in Kansas City: Sunday, April 26 from 8-3 and Saturday, May 3 from 7-3 We will be at the Lawrence Farmers Market: Saturday, May 3 from 7-11 We have lots of new and exciting products(O.K.
